Leadership

For over 30 years, I have successfully led various companies. Beginning my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 18, I have since built and managed high-performing teams, ranging from 30 talented individuals in startups to over 500 professionals in major technology firms.

Early days

At the age of 18, I launched my first venture, a pizza delivery business, which operated with 15 daily employees and a pool of over 200 staff members.

By the age of 20, I founded SHR Technologies, a company specializing in establishing distribution channels in Europe for Israeli tech companies. I successfully guided several of these companies to IPOs or acquisitions.

Entrepreneur

Several companies were founded across Europe, each with highly functional teams:

SalesConquest expanded to 200 consultants before being sold to Dentsu (Japan).

The Nespresso Exclusive Distributor grew to over 150 employees and was sold to Nestlé.

Interwise built a team of over 50 people in Europe and was sold to AT&T.

Big Techs

Established Salesforce operations in two countries from the ground up, successfully building a team of over 500 professionals.

Managed pan-European teams responsible for overseeing Salesforce’s largest European clients.

Built and led an international team of over 50 individuals dedicated to managing Salesforce’s relationships with private equity firms.

Built the European commercial team at Palantir, driving strategic growth and market penetration across the region.

Advisory & Mentoring

I currently advise several startups and serve on the board of two AI companies: Visium, which provides AI consulting to corporations, and MageMetrics, which offers a data platform for SMEs.

Additionally, I mentor individuals I have previously managed, providing weekly guidance to support their career development.
